In fact, when you need our support, a field service engineer will typically respond to your call within minutes. If your call requires on-site service, a member of our team can be at your clinic in less than four hours - which means little waiting and absolutely no wasted time. And we should note that we don’t just service our refurbished linear accelerators and equipment. We can support most brands and models of radiation therapy equipment, regardless of where you purchased it.
